Working Principle
The Double-effect Concentration Tank operates on an external heating natural circulation system combined with vacuum negative pressure technology. This design ensures rapid evaporation and high concentration ratios. The fully sealed process prevents foaming, resulting in contamination-free and high-quality concentrated products. The system is energy-efficient, leveraging single-effect production for shorter processing times and faster operation when necessary. For instance, when the extraction liquid temperature is around 90°C and the vacuum level is -0.08 MPa, the boiling point drops to 60°C, making single-effect operation highly effective. The large condenser area supports both single-effect and combined operations, while the vacuum protection system, including a plate buffer tank, facilitates solvent recovery.
Structural Composition
The Double-effect Concentration Tank consists of a heating chamber, evaporation chamber, condenser, and separator. Constructed from 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, the tank features internal mirror polishing and external matte finishing. The welded seams are smooth, and the insulation is made of rock wool. This design ensures corrosion resistance, high efficiency, and ease of operation, meeting the needs of pharmaceutical, chemical, and light industries.
Key Advantages
Material Quality: The main components are made of SUS304/316L stainless steel, with internal and external polishing to prevent material adhesion, scaling, clogging, and foaming.
Energy Efficiency: The dual-effect evaporation system maximizes the use of secondary steam, reducing energy consumption by approximately 40% compared to single-effect systems. The large condenser area enhances recovery efficiency, while the push-pull self-locking slag discharge door and stainless steel discharge pipes ensure leak-free operation.
Operational Flexibility: The system supports both vacuum and atmospheric pressure operations, with simple valve switching for process adjustments. The low evaporation temperature minimizes damage to heat-sensitive materials, and an optional agitator can be installed to improve evaporation speed and prevent material adhesion or foaming.
Versatility: The system can be separated into two independent concentrators for different production needs. It supports intermittent or continuous feeding and repeated batch processing for high-concentration extracts.
Compact Design: The equipment is space-saving and features a closed-loop solvent circulation system, reducing solvent usage by over 50%.
