Description

The kettle features a double-layered structure composed of inner and outer spherical bodies. This design ensures efficient heat distribution and durability. The inner layer is in direct contact with the food, while the outer layer houses the heating mechanism.

Heating Mechanism:
Powered by a 380V electrical supply, the kettle employs electric heating rods and thermocouples within the jacket. The jacket is filled with thermal oil (to be provided by the user) to facilitate uniform heat transfer. The system can achieve temperatures of up to 320°C, making it suitable for a wide range of cooking and processing requirements.
