Working Principle
The Vacuum Spherical Concentration Tank consists of four main components: the main concentration tank body, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, and liquid collection tank. The process operates under reduced pressure, which significantly shortens the concentration time while preserving the active ingredients of heat-sensitive materials.

Materials can be fed into the tank either by gravity or vacuum suction. The tank is heated using steam in the jacket, with the optimal filling level reaching the center of the sight glass. The rising vapors are controlled by the condenser, and the temperature inside the tank is adjusted according to the specific material being processed. Foam and high-boiling-point liquids are separated in the vapor-liquid separator and returned to the tank. Industrial solvents, such as alcohol, are collected in the liquid collection tank after condensation.
