Monitoring and Control: The system integrates conductivity sensors, temperature controllers, dosing pumps, and a PLC touchscreen interface to ensure precise control over cleaning parameters.

Data Recording and Output: Each cleaning phase is monitored for time, flow rate, and conductivity, with data recorded and available for printout.

Consistency and Accuracy: The system maintains consistent temperature and concentration of cleaning solutions throughout the process, with results verified by conductivity sensors for accuracy.
