It also accommodates traditional batch extraction processes using water as a solvent, followed by low-temperature concentration under vacuum conditions. This dual functionality addresses the limitations of conventional heat reflux systems, which often operate only at atmospheric pressure, leading to prolonged exposure to high temperatures that can degrade heat-sensitive components and compromise drug quality.

High Efficiency and Energy Savings:
The machine is designed to handle large volumes of herbal materials with minimal solvent usage. It features low evaporation temperatures, high extraction yields, and significant energy efficiency, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
