Working Principle:
The CIP system operates by using a centrifugal pump to deliver cleaning solutions (acid, alkali, and pure water) at high pressure through the pipelines, filling valves, and tanks. The sequential washing process ensures thorough sterilization and cleaning of the inner surfaces. This method eliminates the need for dismantling the production line, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
